Our family dinners are missing from traditional black American homes, which originated in the poorer towns in South, consisting of such foods as chitterlings, pig knuckles, turnip greens, and cornbread. Now we turn our nose up at chitterlings but the poor families had to use every part of the pig to feed their family. Music also helped enjoy those Sunday Dinners with families and friends don’t bow their heads. We destroying our heritage and our soul for the love of women. No one stays together.

The black families are dying because we hate our women, and women trick and trap our men. Instead of unity, we are all under the impression that moments are more important that magnitude.

Thanks to my grandparents and parent, that have “old people arguments” as we call it, but they have been together for over 30 years. Now, don’t stay and endure abuse or put your children in harms way,but bring back family dinners back to our life. My late grandmother Bea, was abused by my grandfather one time. He cursed about dinner not being ready and tried to hit her. My grandmother retaliated and hit granddaddy’s ass with a hot pot of collard greens. Granddaddy worked in the woods, hauling pulp wood back in the 1950’s.

Thanks to grandma Bea , he had his arm in a pillowcase sling and missed work for a week.

HE NEVER touched my grandmother again.

She was an amazing cook and family was her priority and I really miss those times.

My parents don’t understand when women start letting themselves being treated like they are cattle. Get over the synthetic thoughts and ideology that social media and the culture exploit.

Wake Up, we need that nourishment and to undo the tragic decline of respect for our people and our women.
